Congrats Community Contributors! An App Governance Roundtable Recap

April 9, 2025 ENow Software

Last month, Microsoft MVPs from around the globe gathered in Seattle, WA for the 2025 Microsoft MVP Summit at Microsoft's Redmond campus. The MVP Summit is an annual event where Microsoft’s Most Valuable Professionals (MVPs) and Regional Directors (RDs) gather to learn and share new insights. The MVPs and RDs attend sessions, workshops, and keynotes facilitated by Microsoft leadership.

Application Governance Roundtable

During the Summit, ENow’s AppGov Score team hosted a roundtable dinner to connect and honor some of the brightest minds in Security & Governance. Guests shared their insights and real-world experiences around application governance, identity, and security. Many interesting perspectives and anecdotes were shared; for example, the challenge and importance of finding the right balance between enabling business and securing the business, and the need for education and training to support IT teams, often struggling to keep pace with Microsoft's ever-changing product landscapes.
